You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

The following items are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances:
Customized items: For example, clothing items with personalized customization.
Promotional items: These items, such as “sale items” or “clearance items,” are not returnable or exchangeable unless there is a quality defect upon receipt.
Washed or Used Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or damaged. - How to Request a Return or Exchange
Log in to your account, visit the “My Orders” page, select the item you wish to return, and complete the return request form.
You can also submit your return or exchange request by email or calling our customer service. Please provide your order number, item information, and reason for return or exchange.
Once we receive your return or exchange request and confirm that it is eligible, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed return instructions. - Return Shipping
US Returns: We provide a free return label for returns within the US. Simply repackage the item and attach the return label.
International Returns: You are responsible for return shipping for international returns, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. Please ensure you use a tracked mailing service so we can track your return package. - Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and it is eligible for return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the payment method you used.
If your returned item is not eligible for return or exchange, we will notify you by email and may return the item to you.
